How to Sanitize
- You should disinfect your Rael Menstrual Cup at first use and between cycles by sanitizing your cup in boiling water for 3–5 minutes. Use tongs or a wire whisk to ensure the cup doesn’t touch the bottom or the side of the pot.
- After removing your Rael Menstrual Cup from boiling water, dry and place the cup on a clean towel and let it fully cool down (until it is cool to the touch) before storing or use.
How to Wash
- Rinse your Rael Menstrual Cup in cold water after use to prevent staining.
- Wash thoroughly using warm to hot water and mild soap between use.
- Use a soft lint-free towel to dry and wipe away any buildup.
How to Store
