How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription will automatically process on the same day each month, or according to your settings (bi-monthly or quarterly). You may skip or cancel your subscription at any time, however we cannot allow cancellations when an order has been placed, is being processed, or is in transit. If you would like to cancel your subscription service, please follow the steps below as a reference.

  1. Make sure you are logged in
  2. Go to Account
  3. Click on Manage Subscriptions (located at the center of the page below My Account)
  4. Click Edit next to the subscription item
  5. Cancel
